The Woodbridge Bulldogs Football Organization, is currently seeking sponsorship donations for the Summer/ Fall 2010 Big Northeast Football Federation (BNEFF) season. The Bulldogs are a Minor League Football team that provides young men 18 years of age and older the opportunity to continue to compete at a high level. The Bulldogs work closely with many colleges and universities in which many of our players have gone on to continue their education and play at the collegiate level.
Since the 2008 season, the Woodbridge Bulldogs have been working directly with the Ciccarelli Family from Woodbridge whose 8 year old daughter Bethany, is courageously battling Leukemia. The Bulldogs have held three separate events to benefit Bethany over the past 2 seasons in order to assist the family with their ever growing medical bills.
**Beginning in 2010 the Bulldogs will also give 10% of all monetary sponsorship donations of $500 and above, directly to the Children's Specialized Hospital of New Jersey in Mountainside, NJ.
Over the past 5 seasons the Bulldogs have twice lost in the Semi-finals of the Garden State Football League(GSFL) playoffs in 2006 and 2007. The Bulldogs competed in the Regional American Football League ( RAFL) in 2008 and 2009.
Our team goal for 2010 is to obtain the sponsorship donations that will enable us to compete for the BNEFF championship while providing the community with quality football entertainment. And, to help the kids at Children's Specialized Hospital Of New Jersey through the donation of time and money.
Sponsoring the Bulldogs can benefit your company through our growing fan base, highly successful Web presence, local community involvement and national recognition. This partnership would allow us to build our fan base and attract top players through team marketing, promotions, giveaways, community events, and special events at home games.
The Bulldogs are very excited about our upcoming football season and the prospect of having you become one of our new sponsors or continue as an existing sponsor. The following pages list exactly what we do with sponsorship donations and describe our involvement with children, schools, charities and the local community, as well as our team's off-the-field success. At the end of the proposal are the details on our available sponsorship packages for 2010, and an official sponsorship form. Sponsorship and Donation policies
All of our current team staff, including management, coaches, team assistants and training staff members work for us on a volunteer basis. The sponsorship donations are used to build the organization and pay team expenses as follows:

Pay league and game fees: Fees are required to participate in the various football leaguesand each game requires fees to pay for the referees and other game related
expenses

Rent practice and game facilities including fields, locker rooms, and lights for night games, etc.•
Promote youth organizations and high school athletes for exceptional performances andacademic achievement
•
Purchase medical training equipment and supplies•
Pay team travel expenses•
Purchase football equipment•
Purchase Bulldogs team merchandise including hats, jackets, shirts, sweat shirts, etc. tobe used by the team players and staff, sold from our Website and at our games and given
away at special events and promotions

Pay for printing and design services for team programs, posters, fliers and other Bulldogsmarketing collateral

Woodbridge Pop Warner Clinic Hosted by the Woodbridge Bulldogs
Have your company logo screen printed on T-shirts given to all children that participate in the clinic. All five pop warner teams in Woodbridge are invited. This is a free clinic!
Sponsor a Segment in our Brand New Woodbridge Bulldogs Internet Show!
Each show consists of 3 or more segments to air on Bulldogs Web Site each week during the season. Choose to sponsor a single segment or the whole episode!
